My name is Marck Gutt and I am an award-winning travel journalist, professional photographer and content strategist. Over the last decade, I have hosted radio shows, participated as a speaker in international tourism forums and published words and images in over 20 world-class publications.

My storytelling has been featured in titles such as Esquire, National Geographic and Travel + Leisure and has been recognized with international accolades including Amigo de Costa Rica and Explore Canada Award of Excellence.

Inspired by nature and ancestral wisdom, my work focuses on wilderness, diversity and conservation. I think of myself as a language nerd, a nature lover and a critical voice that prioritizes quality over immediacy.

In 2020 I launched Don Viajes, a sustainable travel blog showcasing original imagery and personal essays. I often share my thoughts and images on Instagram, where I have over 19K followers.

Mountains are my happy place and pastries my first true love. I go by he/him and firmly believe that no human is illegal.
